Electrical Contracts Manager
Avolon M&E are working with one of our long standing clients a locally based East Sussex Electrical Contractors based in Eastbourne.
The majority of there work covers commercial projects, schools, colleges, housing associations and individuals across Sussex and Kent.
They are looking for a candidate that can work within a team environment on council contracts that run compliance & responsive works, alongside medium sized lighting and power projects. Ensure compliance with current standards and practices within the Electrical Industry. Installation works
· Small and Medium size Projects
Commercial Clients (10%)
· Installation works (Small to medium)
· You may have office experience or looking for the next stage in your career.
· BS 2394 and BS 2395 Testing & Installation qualified essential.
· Committed to building an effective team, strong communicator, with the ability to relate well to
· NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor status is desirable, training would be provided if otherwise.
· You will have proven organisational skills, with the ability to project plan effectively.
· You are a competent user of IT, with a willingness to utilise new software.
· Full, clean or near clean, UK driver’s license.
· Ability to manage resources effectively to achieve the delivery of projects to time and within budget
