Management of Licensing and Merchandising licensees and stakeholder (IP owners) accounts.

Working with Banijay licensees the account manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of all key partners.
Supporting licensing partners from concept to launch and ongoing management through developing a deep understand of each of their businesses.
Preparation of regular updates tracking licensee performance against plan and adopting strategies in line with the relevant sales VP or manager and Group Director on strategies for underperforming licenses.
in doing so collating feedback from the sales team and the wider Banijay Rights functions such as finance, social media etc.
Preparing and contributing to brand updates, presentations and reports in liaison with Banijay Rights wider team and Creative Networks.

Strong understanding of product launch process from concept to implementation
