Their mission is to use Gen AI and advanced technologies to create smarter, more efficient financial services solutions and they are seeking a visionary Chief Data Scientist to lead the data strategy and roadmap.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in machine learning, generative AI, large language models, and data visualization tools. Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of the insurance industry and insurtech trends would be a bonus but not essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Startup experience, ideally as a core founding team member at an AI tech startup

Location wise, we are looking for someone to be present in the office in central London on a regular weekly basis.
