We are currently seeking a Transport& Travel Supervisor to supervise the Motor Transport and Travel Section. Motivating staff to agreed SLA’s for all departments are exceeded, enabling the delivery of a first- class customer experience.
Responsible for the delivery and compliance of department services in accordance with both MoD and or civilian regulations, ensuring these services meet Northwood Service Level Agreements and expectations of the client
Ensure MOD road transport is operated in accordance with Joint Service Publications (JSP’s) promoting compliance with legislation and regulations
Develop and maintain efficient office processes for data processing, storage and retrieval
Identify training needs and manage a programme of training to ensure the team are fully conversant of department procedures and processes
Logistics Experience in a similar FM Service environment
Knowledge of Transport/Travel booking processes and client requirements
Competent in the use of Microsoft office to an intermediate level
Stakeholder Management up to Executive Level
Ability to pass security clearance. This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting.
