The Senior Manager, Commercial & Operations will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team and day-to-day core operations within Product Madness. Leading all aspects of business operations, including executive governance, reporting, and leadership cadences. This is a hybrid role that combines structured operational support with hands-on problem solving. The ideal candidate will be thorough and conscientious, capable of preparing high-quality materials and tracking accountability, while also stepping into ownership of strategic workstreams. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and to contribute meaningfully to the success of the business.
Business, Leadership and Executive Operations
Support the planning and operational execution of core leadership cadences, including QBR, monthly executive meetings, quarterly offsites, and quarterly business reviews.
Prepare and coordinate executive-level materials, including QBR, board reports, CEO updates, and business performance summaries.
Help ensure company-wide planning, reporting, and governance processes run smoothly and consistently.
Provide high-quality support to the Chief of Staff and broader Leadership team on evolving priorities.
Own specific workstreams from problem definition to implementation planning.
Conduct analysis and develop recommendations for executive decision-making
Identify and resolve blockers to maintain progress on business priorities.
Partnerships and Business Development
Engage in joint business planning, negotiations, and deal structuring
Help identify and shape new business opportunities to support growth.
Timely and high-quality delivery of materials
Experience in business and commercial operations, distribution/Business development or strategy roles
Highly proficient in PowerPoint skills and Executive Level material building
Comfortable working with data and financial information to advise reporting and decision-making
Proficient in tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration platforms
