Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Deputy Manager role located in Kent. The Deputy Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality care is provided to clients. Responsibilities include managing and supporting staff, developing care plans, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and handling administrative tasks. The Deputy Manager will play a key role in supporting senior management in strategic planning and delivering exceptional service to clients. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff and coordinating care services Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and quality assurance in the healthcare or care sector Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above) are an advantage Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing needs A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is desirable
