Dental/Orthodontic Receptionist position available

Candidate's criteria:
• Lives in London (preferably SW/W/NW areas)
• Available for 4 working days and occasional Saturday (9-5/once a month)
• Closest tube station Earl's Court or West Brompton
• Happy to be trained/fast learner/good listener
• Background in dental/cabin crew work (desirable/not mandatory)

Efficient at:
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) (basic-intermediate)
• Google Drive (basic-intermediate)
• Admin/Use of office tools/equipment 
• Gmail (basic-intermediate)
• AI/Canva/Capcut/Meta Business Suite (basic-intermediate or advance is a plus)
• Social Media/Google Ads/Google for Business/SEO (not mandatory)
• Managing emails and organising letters
• Quick learning of dental system
• Phone communication skills
• Public relations
• People skills
• Managing admin time

Desirable traits:
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing and understanding)
• Mandarin speaking would be appreciated (is a plus/not mandatory)
• Friendly/Bubbly/Approachable
• Positive attitude/personality
• Teamplayer with united team spirit
