Calling all aspiring IT Technicians... we have the role for you
Baltic Apprenticeships are recruiting on behalf of our client, they are looking for an IT Apprentice to join their rapidly growing team As an IT Apprentice you will be tasked with assisting to deliver an efficient IT service to the schools in their Trust, deploying software and hardware solutions, liaise with both teaching staff and students to provide IT solutions. You will be fully immersed in all aspects of IT and given all the tools and knowledge to build a long and successful career in IT.
As an apprentice you will be closely supported by the IT Manager and the team of IT Technicians, as well as the in house support you will also have a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships. Throughout your journey you will have access to industry expert knowledge to help you in your journey
In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician Qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Assisting to deliver an efficient IT service to their Trust schools with high levels of satisfaction
Deploying software and hardware solutions
Maintain and advise on availability of IT equipment, preparing and setting up as required
Providing advice and practical support to pupils and ensure compliance with safe working practises
Attend lessons when required to assist pupils with IT work
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
A passion for IT
Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and Grade 5 in GCSE English

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Technician.
