We’re Hiring: Facilities & HSE Assistant Looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact every day? We’re looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team at Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL). This role is perfect for someone practical, reliable, and eager to learn. You’ll support the smooth running of our site keeping it safe, tidy, and well maintained while gaining valuable experience in facilities and Health & Safety. 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing Daily site checks to keep our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly Helping with basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs Supporting safety checks, inspections, and simple risk assessments Assisting with fire alarm tests, equipment checks, and emergency drills Coordinating contractors and supporting day-to-day site tasks General admin and reporting to support the Facilities and HSE teams 👀 We’re Looking For A practical, hands-on person with a “can-do” attitude Someone who’s reliable, proactive, and keen to learn Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office) Comfortable with physical tasks and varied daily duties 📅 Hours: 8am–4:30pm 💼 What You’ll Get Competitive salary + company bonus 33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) Holiday buy/sell scheme Health & wellbeing support Pension, cycle to work, electric car scheme Retail discounts, referral bonus, death in service + more ✈ About Us WASL is part of Willis Lease Finance Corporation, a global aviation leader with 45+ years in the industry.
