As a Risk Settlement Senior Consultant at Aon, you will be a key member in our 70-strong Risk Settlement Group, which has a uniquely diverse range of experts and specialist sub-teams. Senior support or lead transaction adviser on a range of settlement transactions across the pension risk transfer market (including buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions)
Help advise clients on their strategic ‘Journey to Settlement’, including preparation for approaching the settlement market and feasibility.
Create relationships with external stakeholders such as trustees, sponsors and other transaction advisers to help develop settlement opportunities.
Take a central role on new business opportunities and initiatives both internally and externally.
Leverage your knowledge of the settlement market to help provide innovative settlement solutions for our clients.
Support marketing initiatives and media engagement, including our annual marketing campaign and our dedicated risk settlement conference.
Help develop new strategies and propositions within the Risk Settlement Group and help to implement them on a range of clients.
