Together, we power the future of finance – and this is what is all about. We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Middle Office Representative I to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity.
Perform reviews of more complex documents processed across the Bank to confirm compliance with established processes and procedures.
Independently perform complex functions supporting accounting, trading, and client services activities including bookkeeping and data review.
Review a high volume of documents to ensure processors followed established procedures and took on minimal risk.
Track fund data and trades.
Maintain records of high complexity in accordance with department policies and procedures.
Provide requested data to team members as necessary.
Prepare system-generated reports or templates consisting of multiple or advanced data sets and conduct general data validation and reconciliation.
Provide guidance to less experienced Middle Office support staff, as needed.
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
