The bulk of its work has been the non-contentious business of local individuals and businesses including property dealings of all natures and a substantial proportion of its workload is involved in Trusts and Probate and the administration of Estates.

To undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Civil Litigation department
Be a UK qualified solicitor / Legal Executive for 2 years PQE+
2+ years’ PQE with an excellent academic background.

You must have a good understanding of the law and practice relating to Civil Litigation as well as an understanding of the obligations of the Civil Procedure Rules.
Managing Civil Litigation matters, with a particular focus on:
Running your own varied caseload of Litigations cases
Deal with client queries over the phone and in person
Undertake necessary pre-action litigation
