Commercial Property Lawyer

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-established, multi-office legal team, based out of either Bath, Yeovil or Sherborne. It is a full-time position with a salary banding of £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with access to specialists in planning, litigation, construction, and residential property. You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals Leases and lease renewals Lease management Property finance Development projects Corporate transaction support Skills required Strong problem-solving skills Client-focused with excellent client-handling abilities Ability to instil confidence and build trust Good negotiation and presentation skills Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Tenacity to meet deadlines and deliver results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Life assurance from day one Pension scheme with employer contributions Income protection 26 days annual leave (increasing with service) Additional birthday leave Employee assistance programme Critical illness cover Discounts on legal services Work Hours: 9:00 am – 5:15 pm Monday to Friday Hybrid working on offer Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
