As our Consumer PR Manager, you’ll lead a small, talented team within our busy in-house communications function, shaping how millions of people see our brand. From attention-grabbing campaigns to authentic storytelling, you’ll be working closely with the head of communications to activate the consumer PR strategy - delivering column inches, building brand love, and creating content that gets talked about across multiple channels with a focus on national and online media.

Build and nurture relationships with national press, consumer titles, online media, and influencers - keeping AO front and centre of mind.
Drive forward AO.com’s consumer PR strategy, driving measurable results and brand awareness.
Find and share AO’s news, from exciting product launches, brand sponsorships, partnerships, to our famous customer service, across earned and owned channels.
Work closely with content marketing and SEO teams to create engaging content and influencer strategies that boost visibility and rankings.
Manage PR elements of trade marketing and brand initiatives from concept to evaluation, aligning with the wider marketing plan.
Create compelling content: Oversee PR budgets, agency relationships, and campaign reporting to demonstrate impact.
Experience in a fast-paced PR environment (in-house or agency).
Are currently in-house or at Account Manager level in an agency, with experience managing a team.
Have a creative streak and fresh ideas for lifestyle campaigns that grab attention.
Are a natural storyteller with strong writing skills and an eye for what makes news.
Understand SEO and content marketing and how PR can amplify both.
