Role - Mobile Electrical Engineer

  • Location - Liverpool (Merseyside)
  • Company - Major Player in the Facilities Maintenance sector
  • What you get in return - £40,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card + Overtime
A well-established FM provider who are renowned for their staff retention and family ethos are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to work on one of their flagship contracts throughout Liverpool. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Mobile Electrical Engineer to the team on a brand-new contract. Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to.
  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance.
  • General building services tasks.
  • Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
  • Chillers.
  • Lighting.
  • PAT testing.
  • Carry out daily checks of plant rooms and equipment.
  • Maintain plant rooms in a clean, tidy and safe condition.
  • Provide rapid and effective response to customer and helpdesk requirements.
  • Review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and sub-contractor competencies before work permits are authorised.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
Candidate Requirements
  • Two years' experience working in a role as an Electrical Engineer.
  • Must be Electrically qualified.
