I am recruiting for a market leading social care case management systems company that are looking for a ‘practice lead’.
You are or have been a social worker, with experience of social care in Scotland and be confident working with IT systems. You want to help people like you make better use of IT systems by designing forms and processes suitable for the task. Our products support good practice and provide a great user experience, to ensure our customers can focus on what matters. You want to champion how we can make a difference to the lives of people like you and the clients they care for and you can demonstrate good influencing and IT skills.
We are a leading supplier of solutions & software to the Local Authority sector, for over 30 years we have been supporting local authorities to deliver the best solutions to their teams. We work in partnership with you to help deliver best solutions and take your services forward. Our key specialism is to enable transformation within Education software and Adults & Childrens social care software.
As a practice leader, you will have complete ownership for the configuration, called a Model Office, of our Social Care Case Management product for our Scottish customers. The product is configured for the market using several tools which you will need to use to set up the configuration. You will be provided with training in how to do this and will have the support of colleagues who set up systems every day. This position requires a strong knowledge of social work practice and an ordered logical mind to create the processes within Case Management System. Promote the good practice recording in the Social Care Case Management for their practice area both internally and externally
Design the forms, workflows and other recording methods that promote good social work in Scotland by working in conjunction with customers.
Work with colleagues to get the model office configured within the social care case management system.
Ensure that customer-facing staff deliver a consistent and confident message on the model office
Work with sales and marketing to provide collateral and direct and indirect input into the sales process helping with bids and presentations.
Professionally qualified Social Worker in Scotland or have a detailed understanding of social work practice in Scotland
Experienced at building and maintaining relationships at all levels from junior to most senior
Ability to map a social work process and break it down into logical steps
Working knowledge of common office tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Some experience in configuring IT Systems is a bonus
