We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Temporary Cafe Supervisor to join our team in beautiful Cumbria. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe. Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising daily cafe operations, including staff management and customer service. * Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. * Assisting with inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly. Requirements: * Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality supervisory role. * Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. * Flexibility to work 4 days per week, including weekends.
