Kenton Black Finance have partnered with a business who are based in the Kendal area and have been operating for over 40 years. They are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time and permanent basis, and are offering a wide variety of benefits including study support. In addition, you can work your normal working hours across 4 days, rather than 5, giving you an extra day off each week. There is also the opportunity to progress and become an Assistant Accountant.

Your New Role as the Accounts Assistant:

As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the following duties:-

• Coding of Purchase Invoices
• Credit Control
• Ledger Maintenance - ensuring Sales and Purchase Ledgers are tidy
• Initiating Monthly Run and paying Inter Company Accounts
• Daily Banking

General office / administration experience
• AAT qualification would be desirable but not essential
