The ideal candidate should have experience as a Sales Negotiator and / or Lettings Negotiator, be well-presented, highly driven and passionate about property with a strong desire to win and be the best. The opportunity will suit a candidate who is able to hit the ground running and to work with limited supervision. Our client offers a great opportunity to progress and develop your career. They also offer an excellent package with good earning potential. Whilst experience in both disciplines would be ideal, our client will happily consider a candidate who has a decent background in either Sales or Lettings and a desire to learn Skills: The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Negotiatorrole will include: Previous experience in Property Sales and / or Lettings environment Good communication skills Constant enthusiasm and a ‘can do’ attitude Must be organised and highly motivated, a team player Must be a good timekeeper, confident and well presented Ability to develop and maintain good business relationships Great customer service skills Able to work under pressure Full UK driving license Smart, well-spoken and articulate The Company: Our client is a leading independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent local reputation and several local offices in and around the East Grinstead area who specialise in residential property sales and lettings.
