Experienced Electronics Design and Development Engineer
We have been designing, developing and manufacturing electronic products for the Automotive Industry for over 30 years.


The job would involve all aspects of designing new products to add to the company’s existing range - predominantly the design of automotive battery management equipment including switch mode DC-DC battery chargers and voltage converters - and occasionally liaising with customers to design products to their requirements, including designing electronic circuits, transferring information to electronic circuit software and providing files for sub-contract pcb production.

The role will also involve building prototypes, organising the testing of the products such as writing test programmes, part lists, production drawings, mechanical drawings, building test rigs and equipment. The successful candidate would mostly work alone after the current Engineer has retired but would liaise with the Production Manager and Buyer.
Familiar with Electronics and Electrical Design
