We're proudly partnering with one of the UK's leading recruitment businesses. Developing and coaching a senior management team that will report to you. There is significant financial investment available for this position and you'll be executing a bold but achievable future growth plan.
You will need to have a proven track of management at a senior level within professional services recruitment. Including the management of multiple teams and locations. Travel will inevitably be required as part of the position.
Please kindly note that significant 'agency-side' experience within the recruitment industry is essential for this position.
