Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be.  ▪ Being a Tesco Colleague in one of our centres means that you will be part of a team who help to serve our customers a little better every day.

 ▪ Keeping aisles clear of congestion when replenishing or picking products.
â–ª Ensuring trays used for picking are clean, taking dirty trays out of use to be cleaned.
â–ª Picking online customers shopping accurately, with the best possible quality and freshness, completing substitutions as required.
â–ª Making sure items picked are of the highest standard of quality, with the best possible date for fresh products.

â–ª Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations, integrating home and work to achieve a balance that is right for me.
Full time, set shifts. Must have UK/EU license for over one year with no more than 3 points, involves shunting vans around the yard.
