Job Title: Engineering Manager
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm, Friday: 8 am - 1 pm)

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong manufacturing background. This pivotal role offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility, focusing on asset management strategies, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. As an Engineering Manager, you will collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Production Managers, ensuring minimal production downtime and efficient maintenance schedules for a diverse range of process equipment.
Support and execute asset management strategies with a focus on lean/continuous improvement.
* Manage and develop a team of engineers, including conducting appraisals and identifying training needs.
* Ability to assess staff training levels and capabilities for development and management.
