Hours: 40 hours per week
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Management Director to lead our strategic account management approach. Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue growth and profitability from key clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for KAM related projects and enquiries.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of KAM Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and strategic team goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Monitor key account performance metrics and provide regular updates to the senior team. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and operational delivery teams to ensure alignment of KAM strategies with overall business objectives. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and market developments that may impact key accounts. Use insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Proven track record of success in Key Account Management leadership roles.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Solid understanding of contract negotiation principles and experience managing complex, long term client relationships.
