Job Brief:Were looking for a Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the Southeast. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of salespeople and be able to hit the ground running. Regional Manager Duties:- Manage team and employees, directing project work and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure all team members are following company standards, policies, and procedures
- Encourage communication between team members
- Develop annual performance metrics and budgets for project teams
- Provide regular progress reports to management
- Create a proactive, innovative work environment
- Oversee projects from start to finish, assuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Direct regional office staff, contractors, and safety, quality, and risk management professionals
- Conduct interviews with candidates, select candidates, and hire qualified employees
- Lead orientation and monthly meetings with regional office employees to review goals, objectives, and action plans, and make action plans
- Develop and revise policies, procedures, and standards that strengthen operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market penetration and sales
- Maintain and improve relationships with key customers, vendors, and other suppliers
- Maintain and update the SOW and preconstruction documents, and monitor contract obligations
- Manage vendor contracts for materials and services
