Air Source Heat Pump Engineer

As a domestic plumbing & heating engineer you will be responsible for delivering an elite level of workmanship at all times. You will be installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide variety of air source heat pump systems whilst maintaining high standards, of workmanship, a high level of customer satisfaction, self-motivation, and health and safety.

Responsibilities & Duties

Install/replace domestic and commercial, air source heat pumps.
Diagnose/first-time fix.
Service air source heat pumps aiming to lengthen the life span of the system.
Navigate through the a back office system to a high and in-depth standard.
Ensuring workmanship is of the highest quality and in line with customer regulations.
Clear and proactive communication with your team manager and the client throughout projects.
Respect the client's property, whilst working in a safe and calm manner.
Obtaining high levels of self-motivation to complete workload in required time frames.
Good attitude towards work.
Wear the company brand with pride and enthusiasm.

Experience & Qualifications

As an experienced and confident heat pump engineer, you will have the necessary qualifications, F-Gas, Unvented Hot & Cold Water System.
Minimum of 3 years experience working within the domestic field, including 1st & 2nd fixing.
A full, clean UK Drivers Licence
Experience installing air source heat pumps, servicing, and repairs.
Maintain high standards, aiming to achieve a first-time fix.

Ensuring workmanship is of the highest quality and in line with consumer regulations
Uphold a first-class service and customer experience
Ensure good timekeeping standards are maintained and work to deadlines
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations are carried out
Obtain high levels of self-motivation
Communicate effectively any issues that may affect customer satisfaction levels
Work effectively as a lone worker and within a team
Maintain good housekeeping standards.

Requirements

IT competent
Be able to pass a DBS check
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good communication skills in English
Knowledge of H&S practices, and can demonstrate working in a safe manner
Good concentration and being a methodical worker
Experience working in a busy environment
