You'll be the Lyme Bay representative and ambassador, drawing on your passion and drinks knowledge to encourage customers and consumers in the South West of England to choose our portfolio, first. Your ability to build strong and lasting relationships, will be essential as you identify, secure, and maintain business opportunities in line with Lyme Bay’s growth priorities and ambitions.
Location :
This is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to be in the Lyme Bay office as requested by your line manager or based on operational requirement, the rest you’ll be out in the on and off trade in your region.
Drinks experience:
· Ability to grow an eclectic drinks range, across a broad customer base.
· Stays updated on drinks market trends, competitor activities and category developments.
· Distils knowledge into compelling reasons to believe / buy, becoming the first point of contact for customers.
Sales experience:
· Deliver period on period organic revenue and margin growth versus targets.
· Convert leads to ordering customers alongside lead cycle times (lead to order).
· Retain Customers.
· Acquire net new customers, ordering within specified period.
· Achieve Customer satisfaction, measured as service and lifetime value scores.
Personal style:
· Aligns personal activities with other functional goals to create a single team culture.
· Evaluates personal performance and behaviours for self-development.
· Pays particular attention to detail and accuracy and delivering on time and budget.
· Adept at managing time and prioritising customer call patterns across a large sales region.
· Willing to work at weekends and evenings as required while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Experience:
· At least 5 years drinks experience on the brand side and / or in the hospitality industry.
· Demonstrates strong business judgment, and effective cost controls alongside excellent negotiating skills.
· Good IT / PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, and various social media platforms.
· Fluent in written and spoken English.
· Legally permitted to live and work in the UK.
· Full driving license.
