Here at GXO, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead the safety strategy at our Primark site in Lutterworth . You will be responsible for ensuring the site is 100% safety compliant, leading the delivery of the site’s safety strategy and providing expert QHSE support to operational teams.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:30 till 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £48,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and standards
Lead the creation and execution of the annual site Safety, Health & Environmental Management Improvement Plan
Managed site safety documentation, audits, and reporting, including insurance and legal compliance
Coordinate planned maintenance and ensure full understanding of fire, gas, electrical, and water systems

NEBOSH General Certificate or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Safety (essential)
Proven ability to lead change, manage policies, and deliver training
