The role - learning Mentor - Woking Identifying and supporting students with EHCP plans and providing them with support and mentoring Identifying and working with identified students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis Run interventions based on the needs of the students Working closely with teachers and other members of the behavioural team in order to achieve the best results The ability to deescalate challenging behaviour needs in a calm and proactive manner Build a good repour with students Plan and create resources Liaise with the SenCoThe school - Learning Mentor Woking Located in Haringey, this fantastic school has onsite parking for its students as well as a convenient location.
