Due to on-going expansion, we are recruiting for a Lender Panel Manager based at our busy Peterborough Office.

Purpose : To maintain lender relationships, ensure lender requirements are met and relevant processes are in place.

This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Managing a team of Lender Panel administrators, ensuring their knowledge and work processes are consistently updated to industry standards.
  • Maintaining relationships with lenders, dealing with lender enquiries and/or complaints.
  • Dealing with team escalations and enquiries
  • Escalating issues to the Professional Standards Manager /Head of Post-Completion Operations as appropriate
  • Working with the Professional Standards Manager / Head of Post-Completion Operations to review and improve post completion processes on an on-going basis.
  • Flex staff levels to cover busy periods and analyse inflow of work to ensure adherence to both targets and budgets.
  • Making lender panel applications and dealing with enquiries. Escalating to Professional Standards Manager and Heads of Department as appropriate.

Documenting common issues and working with the Professional Standards Manager/Head of Post-Completion Operations to resolve.

Overseeing the team’s administrative duties as required

Requirements :

Conveyancing knowledge and understanding of the post completion process

Strong analytical skills

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Confident and professional at verbal and written communication

Ability to work to deadlines

Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
