A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated HR professional to join our People team within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB). The Integrated Care Board provides leadership and structure, acting as a system facilitator, leading on our strategic priorities and interventions, shaping the future system, planning, and executing on the common priorities.
The role of Director of People will be responsible for developing, delivering and implementing the HIOW People Plan, long term workforce plan, leading the system workforce transformation programme working in partnership with stakeholders across the Integrated Care System and have oversight of all People operations across the ICB and system.
This key role will hold the professional leadership for all people practices within the People team as well and lead on the workforce transformation programmes for the ICS.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR leader to oversee the effective operational delivery and governance arrangements of the People Plan for the HIOW ICS, as well as deputise and regularly represent the Chief People Officer.
