This is a Full Time/Flexible Working , Permanent vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST .
We have an opportunity for a Divisional Manager to join our Wates team within our Planned Maintenance division covering various contracts and working on Net Zero Carbon works. The successful candidate will provide strong functional leadership, management, governance and excellence for all commercial activities pre and post contract across a portfolio of programmes. The role specifically covers both work winning and the operational delivery of projects.
Develop and performance manage the divisional strategy, from mobilisation to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, via delivering the promise principles.
Full profit and loss accountability for the region and lead major client accounts, managing all aspects of the account evolution, including expansion and organic growth, service levels, contract renewal, team development, retention strategy and overall profitability.
You should also have detailed knowledge of energy companies and forth coming funding routes, a level of data analysis expertise and overall SHDF compliance & lodgement process knowledge.
Alongside this you will have the ability to influence at all levels and be a confident leader who is able to create value by shaping the future and delivering quality results.
