Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Camden Town for a Spanish Speaking Personal Injury Lawyer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal services to Spanish-speaking claimants in Personal Injury and Catastrophic Injury Claims.

You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in personal injury. You will manage your own caseload of EL and PL pre-litigation and litigated claims of Fast Track and Multi track cases, as well as assisting on higher value and more complex claims. You will take over the caseload of our an existing Spanish speaking lawyer who will soon be going on maternity leave.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Lawyer in England and Wales with a valid practising certificate.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Personal Injury work, including litigated files and injuries of a catastrophic nature.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in legal research, negotiation, and drafting legal documents.
  • Commitment to providing excellent client care.
