Business Development Manager

Are you a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality? Do you have a passion for identifying and securing new business opportunities? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a rapidly expanding technology solutions Specialist VAR. This company is a Lenovo Platinum, HP Amplify, and Dell Gold Partner, catering to the computer hardware needs of schools, healthcare institutions, and other large companies.

New Business Development: Proactively seek out and secure new opportunities to expand the company's clientele and market presence.
Account Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, and addressing customer needs.
Contract Negotiation: Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Drive income growth from both new and existing accounts.
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the Sales Manager.
Upsell and Cross-Sell: Successfully upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts, contributing to overall revenue growth.
Location: East Sussex, with 2 days a week in the office
