Lead and guide the development and maintenance of a robust data infrastructure in the field of innovation, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. 
Lead and mentor a small team of data scientists, fostering their growth, development, and collaboration, and maintaining a high standard of data science excellence.
Enhance the searchability and usability of data, promoting efficient data retrieval and analysis across the organization. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and address data-related challenges and opportunities across the organization. 
Communicate and present data science strategies, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively.
Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field 
Several years proven experience in building and managing data infrastructure and using tools such as simulation, machine learning or AI, with a demonstrated track record of impactful implementations
Profound Leadership skills, including leading and developing a high-performing team and driving a culture of innovation 
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards 
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English  & German, and with the ability to engage and align with stakeholders
