Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician (Technical)

Are you an experienced and detail oriented Senior Architectural Technician in the Southampton area looking for a new opportunity working on residential projects? The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 5 years of UK-based experience working on residential or mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders. Sound knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) & NDSS and an understanding of building regulations and are essential. It would also be beneficial to have experience in AutoCAD however this is not a must have.

Assist with the delegation of projects to technicians and oversee timescales & quality control while liaising with clients and external parties.
