Our client is one of the UKs leading military charities.

They are looking for a Regional Community Fundraiser who will be a driving force behind generating new ideas and opportunities to deliver the Charitys shared objectives and income across the South of England.

Based out of their offices at RAF Brize Norton and RAF Benson, this is a key role that will deliver great personal rewards for the right applicant, with regular visits to military bases and military shows.

At its core, the purpose of the Community Fundraiser role is to achieve budgeted community fundraising target through proactively sourcing, securing and managing community fundraising partnerships.

Youll also develop a network of supporters and volunteers and so you should have the ability and desire to inspire performance, development and growth in your region.

The successful Community Fundraiser will be a proactive, resilient leader who combines the passion of the Charitys forces family cause with a commercial mind-set.

We need someone confident in influencing, negotiating and interacting at all levels, as well as being highly organised and bursting with ideas

The Community Fundraiser will be able to leverage the Charitys reputation and brand as well as maximizing your own existing contacts and connections using a creative approach along with the ability to deliver inspiring pitches and exciting presentations.

If youre a Charity Fundraiser with experience of leading a team of volunteers and has proven success securing partnerships in a customer focused environment, preferably in the Charity Sector, then wed like to hear from you.

There will be regular travel with the position and the role is fully expensed with mileage paid.
