Job Title: Machine Sewing Operator
Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Sewing Operator to join the team. As a Machine Sewing Operator, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines to create high-quality sewn products according to established specifications and standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various fabrics, sewing techniques, and machine operate.
Set up and operate industrial sewing machines to perform various sewing tasks.
Adjust machine settings for different fabrics, stitches, and sewing techniques.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Identify and address any defects or irregularities in the sewing process.
Perform regular maintenance on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
Cut fabric pieces based on patterns and measurements before sewing.
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
Handle and organize fabric and materials efficiently to minimize waste.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress and address any issues that may arise during the sewing process.
Proven experience as a Machine Sewing Operator or similar role.
Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines.
Strong knowledge of different fabrics, stitches, and sewing techniques.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
