We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Team Leader to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe - Moy Park, Craigavon. As a Despatch Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the despatch department, maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, safety, and service. Key Information: • Competitive pay rate • Permanent , stable employment • Supportive and safe working environment • Career development opportunities within a leading food company. • Work Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (7am-7pm) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Despatch Operatives and Clerks. Drive Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies. Deliver against agreed KPIs in quality, efficiency, labour, and service. Develop and coach team members, conducting appraisals and training. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve performance and reduce waste. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. Ability to work to performance targets. Computer literate. Desirable: Experience in continuous improvement projects. Coaching and performance management skills.
