We are seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing & Communications Lead to drive internal and external communications across a global defence and aerospace organisation. You will keep teams engaged, raise the company’s profile in the industry, and support high-profile customer-facing events.
Develop and implement global communications strategies aligned with business objectives and product launches.
Create and oversee content, including brochures, white papers, case studies, and multimedia assets.
Manage digital presence across websites, LinkedIn, and sector-specific forums; analyse performance metrics.
Develop stakeholder communications for government, defence, and commercial partners, ensuring compliance with export regulations.
Plan and execute events, including VIP delegations, product demonstrations, conferences, and internal engagement initiatives.
Lead internal communications, including intranet management, newsletters, leadership updates, and staff engagement.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related field.
Experience in marketing communications within defence, aerospace, or naval sectors.
Proven track record delivering international campaigns and high-stakes communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience managing CRM, intranet, and website platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, WordPress).
Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones.
