The Role:

The Data Pipeline Engineers ensure that our customers work with updated and correct data in our data analytics tool. They are the first to respond to data health failures on key pipelines. Responsibilities include:

  1. Building schedules to ensure effective pipeline operation.
  2. Setting up and maintaining health checks on different data pipelines.
  3. Troubleshooting and debugging broken data pipelines.
  4. Writing code changes and modifying monitoring setups.
  5. Following Standard Operating Procedures to address data inaccuracies or delays.
  6. Addressing outages with end users of a data pipeline.
What We Value:

We value individuals who are proficient in reading and writing code in Python, Pyspark, and Java. An understanding of Spark and the willingness to learn the basics of tuning Spark jobs is essential. Team members should be adept at using pipeline development tools and supporting data integration technologies.

What We Offer:

Salary Range: £50,000 to £60,000

Annual Leave: 25 days

Development Program: £5,000 per employee per year
