ABOUT MINDSHARE AND CHANNELS & SOLUTIONS TEAM:

The Channels & Solutions team exists to evolve how we engage with clients over the activation of media, its contribution to business performance, and how integration of capabilities and thinking are the critical elements to driving growth for clients.

CHANNEL SOLUTIONS OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

The Channels & Solutions, Partner, Social Solutions will report into the Digital Solutions Managing Partner. Leading the Channel & Solutions Paid Social team, they will be integral to cross-channel knowledge sharing and contributing to channel integration across Mindshare.

CHANNELS & SOLUTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead the development of Paid Social Solutions for MS WW digital offering.
  2. Establish and nurture relationships with key social partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc.).
  3. Create a consistent recruitment experience for candidates.
  4. Contribute and lead Social related aspects of New Business.
  5. Support WW teams in the development and implementation of Channels & Solutions.
  6. Overall responsibility for the Paid Social capability.
  7. Responsible for the integration of strategic development and planning processes.
  8. Play a key role in the development of the Digital Strategy framework.

YOUR KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  1. Impressive track record of devising Paid Social strategies.
  2. Experience working with businesses made up of multiple business units.
  3. Experience devising strategies spanning multiple markets or globally.
  4. Complete knowledge across all areas of Paid Social.
  5. Ability to demystify Social for clients and the wider team.
  6. Experience leading a talented, multi-faceted team.
  7. A thought leader with strong opinions on Paid Social.
  8. Experience with Organic Social beneficial.
  9. Extensive experience using PowerPoint and delivering presentations.
  10. Calm under pressure and able to think about the bigger picture.
