We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Building Services Site Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of building services on site. The successful candidate will ensure the effective coordination and supervision of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building service installations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Site Management:
Manage and coordinate all on-site activities related to building services.
Ensure that projects are completed according to design, quality, and safety standards.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Supervise the work of subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures on site.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Ensure all site activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all building services installations meet the required standards and specifications.
Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
Steak Holder Management
Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and issues.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project.
Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.
Ensure all project documentation is completed and handed over at project completion.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
CIBSE, NEBOSH) are highly desirable.
Previous Experience working on Industrial and Logistics schemes.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or building services industry.
Proven track record of managing building services on large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
