Industry: Banking / Financial Services Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, and MongoDB/NoSQL technologies. The ideal candidate must bring a positive, proactive attitude, strong ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications for banking platforms. Build and deploy scalable microservices using Kubernetes and cloud-native practices. Work with AWS services to support application development, deployment, and monitoring. Design and optimize data models using MongoDB/NoSQL databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Troubleshoot, performance-tune, and improve system reliability. Must-Have Skills: Strong experience in Java (Core & Advanced). Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized application development. Expertise with AWS cloud services. Experience with MongoDB/NoSQL databases. Banking domain experience is mandatory. Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Work Model: 100% onsite – 5 days from Bournemouth office (mandatory).
