Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Warrington Start Date: Immediate About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of a supportive team, working closely with teachers to provide personalised assistance to students with diverse needs. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development. Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring a positive learning environment. Implementing individualised learning plans and adapting materials to meet students' needs. Encouraging student participation and fostering a sense of independence. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents. - have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
- Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
- have satisfactory references
- have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
