TS Sales Manager SMB
Here at Westcoast, we are responsible for distributing some of the best-known global IT brands to resellers, retailers, and other organisations in UK and beyond. This position will be a Sales Management role. In addition, the Sales Manager should possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to lead, drive and inspire, and have an excellent attention to detail. Understanding of credit/risk will also be central to the role, understanding Enterprise and Datacentre, and a deep knowledge of the IT Channel is required.
Manage the Business Development and Account Management team with the aim of exceeding core business objectives.
Manage, develop and support your team
Support the team in achieving their objectives – become TS Sales Specialists
Establish trusted customer relationships and do regular updates and reviews with top partners.
Provide best in class service levels and become the channels most valued distribution partner.
Work collaboratively with SMB Sales team and Product in delivering the business and customer objectives.
Help the team progress, achieve their KPIs and become valuable to their customers
Manage the SMB Technology Solutions Sales team as a leader of the business.
Manage, coach, and support the TS account managers and Business Development Executives on activity around core KPI’s.
Understand the account base and demonstrate accurate account mapping, subsequent commercials, and forecasting.
Develop relationships with Westcoast key stake holders in Credit Control, Customer Services, IT and Finance.
Conduct staff one to ones (PDD) on a regular basis to identify training needs and encourage success across the team
Work with Operations to enable accounts to run more efficiently though automation
A previous track record in sales is essential
Experience of working in an IT Distributor, Managed Services Provider, Systems Integrator, Vendor, or IT Reseller highly desirable.
