Senior Account Director Belfast/hybrid £Market leading plus Benefits including Share and Bonus scheme Your new employer?Our client is an ambitious and growing global insurance brokerage firm looking to attract talented and experienced Senior Account Directors and Corporate Brokers to join the Management team in delivering their next stage of growth. There are multiple roles available within the company at both Director and Senior Account Director levels. In your new role Senior Account Director, y ou will be responsible for an existing book of business clients as well as generating New Business revenue from prospective clients. Having an existing portfolio of clients will be of direct interest and will be rewarded through a substantial bonus package. It is likely that you will already have significant insurance brokerage experience and are looking for a final career move, one that will allow you to capitalise on your existing relationship development skills and profit you in further developing new revenue streams for your new employer. Minimum of 5 years broking experience forSenior Account Directorrole Minimum 3+ as an account executive for Senior Account Manager level

  • Proven experience handling your own accounts and new business development activities
  • Working knowledge of Open GI (preferable)
  • Professional qualification – CII or above ideally
  • Being able to demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of the regulatory and compliance framework in which you operate in
  • Previous corporate or commercial insurance experience
