Teaching Assistant -
*Boston based Secondary School
*Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.September Start
*Simply Education are working in partnership with a Secondary School on the outskirts of Boston who are looking to recruit a teaching assistant to join their team in September.

As the teaching assistant you will need to have the ability to effectively build up positive relationships with students from Year 7 to to Year 11. Excellent knowledge of Safeguarding policies and procedures is required for this position.

The Teaching Assistant will also need to be comfortable supporting students on a 1:1 and intervention basis and be there to support all aspects of their learning.

Prior experience of working with young people in a classroom is desirable for this position. However, other relevant work experience would also be considered.

Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ or experience of work within a similar setting
