The Role:

  • Performs SRE role for an individual products and scale the SRE function for the product
  • Able to identify SLI’s and work with product & business to define the SLO’s
  • Work with Product teams to support in resolving Incidents and perform blameless post-mortems of the Incidents
  • Able to create dashboards consisting of custom metrics within Dynatrace
  • Troubleshoot alerts and leverage logs & traces to resolve the alerts
  • Automate operational activities that increase toil for Operations team
  • Able to work with Infrastructure team to fine tune AWS services
