At Brio Retirement Village we are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual, working at our restaurant.
Alongside taking part in performance reviews, you will also monitor stock takes and ensure that all risk assessment checklists have been completed. 
This role will be working Wednesday to Sunday. To be successful in this role you will have a high level of customer service skills and will be a strong communicator, ideally with previous food handling experience.
Ideally you will already have gained or be working towards your food hygiene certificate and will have previous experience in a similar role, you will be motivated and will be able to work during busy period
Experience within hospitality,
Good communication and time management skills.
